Consultation (10 minutes)
We’ll chat to understand your unique needs and goals for the massage. We’ll discuss your lifestyle, any medical history relevant to massage, and any specific areas you’d like me to focus on.
This conversation is your opportunity: – Share any concerns or questions you may have about massage.
– Describe your desired outcome: relaxation, pain relief, improved flexibility, etc.
Together, we’ll create a personalized plan for your session, ensuring it perfectly complements your needs.
2. Step
Treatment
Once you’re comfortable, I’ll leave the room to allow you to undress to your comfort level. Whether you prefer to remain in light clothing or disrobe completely, the choice is entirely yours. During the massage, only the areas being worked on will be exposed, and you’ll be draped in a warm, comfortable sheet throughout.
Aftercare
After your massage, we’ll take a few moments to discuss what I noticed during the session and chat about self-care tips that can enhance your well-being. It’s also a time for you to share any questions or observations.

You first appointment will include a thorough consultation in my studio or online or via telephone. Then on the day of your appointment you will receive your hands on treatment.
All follow up appointments will be 60 minutes.
